What Is a Lead Paint Inspection?

A Lead Inspection is a Surface by surface investigation of your home  to answer 2 questions...

Is there lead based paint in the home or condo

Where is the lead based paint located?

Using an Xray Fluorescence  analyzer, call an XRF, we can quickly test many components to determine where there is lead and without any damage to the surfaces being tested.

An entire average sized home can be tested in 2-4 hours.

In addition, we can also do dust wipe testing to verify clean up efforts after renovations. These are sent to an accredited EPA laboratory.
